Acceptable Use Policy

Effective May 14, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules of conduct for everyone with access to the Procaps EHS Platform. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You agree to:

  • Report safety information truthfully, in good faith, and as soon as practicable.
  • Use the Software only for legitimate Procaps business purposes.
  • Keep your credentials confidential; never share your password or session.
  • Sign electronic records only when you are the actual person performing the action.
  • Respect the privacy of co-workers, contractors, and visitors whose data appears in the Software.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access or data exposure immediately to EHS administrators.

You agree not to:

  • Falsify records, alter timestamps, or attempt to delete audit-log entries.
  • Submit defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content in narratives or descriptions.
  • Upload malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to share.
  • Use the Software to retaliate against any person for reporting a hazard or incident.
  • Attempt to access tenant data outside your authorized scope, including via SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, or other attack techniques.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Software without written authorization.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer the Software or its underlying APIs.

Anti-Retaliation

Procaps prohibits retaliation against any person who in good faith reports a hazard, incident, near miss, or compliance concern. Such reports are protected activity under OSHA 29 CFR 1904.36 and the OSH Act §11(c). Suspected retaliation should be reported directly to the EHS Manager or to OSHA at 1-800-321-OSHA.

Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in suspension of access, disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, and may be referred to law enforcement when criminal conduct is suspected.

Reporting Violations

Suspected misuse should be reported to the EHS Manager, the Plant Manager, or the Procaps Ethics Hotline.
